The room that the flooring is installed in should be low in humidity, and all flooring should be kept dried at all times. Floors only need to be cleaned with a dried mop frequently and only use mild cleaning products if necessary. Please avoid using strong acidic or alcoholic based cleaning products to mop the floor.

Scratching of the floor with metal, glass, ceramic or high heels will damage the gloss on the floor. When moving furniture, do not drag furniture across the floor.

To maintain flooring’s appearance and prolong use, suggest application of wax twice a year. Prior to applying the wax, clean the flooring thoroughly and then apply one layer of wax. After it’s dried, wipe with a soft dry cloth to maintain the flooring’s original shine.

If by accident, flooring happens to be flooded; the water must be drained immediately and allow the floor to dry naturally. Avoid using heaters to dry out the floor.

Please avoid direct sunlight since long-term exposure to harsh sunlight, or the high temperature kept in the room may accelerate the deterioration of the gloss.
