Selection Process
At Topdeck’s production base, careful selection of timber is necessary. No matter the rarity of the material, if there are blemishes to the appearance, or deflects in any kind, the raw material will be eliminated. From any material, only 30% is selected to be suitable for Solid Timber flooring. These are Topdeck’s strict selection process.

Drying Process
Using latest technology, Topdeck Flooring’s Solid Timber Floors all go through a special treatment and drying process based on the different moisture content.

Production of Raw Timber Floors
Topdeck uses German Weinig in the production of Raw Timber Floors to ensure the quality of the flooring.

Coating
Topdeck Solid Timber Floors goes through the production process of 10 coats of gloss, using top branded German gloss to extend its life.

Quality Assurance
Topdeck has a thorough final quality assurance stage where every piece of flooring is tested to ensure Topdeck’s standards.
